Nutrition and detox is extremely important for keeping healthy and fighting disease. Most natural health practitioners utilize nutrition and detox methods in their protocols. Their protocols will vary but most would recommend eating organic and locally grown produce, some juiced and/or raw. They will also utilize some kind of detox within their protocols too, such as colon hydrotherapy, coffee enemas, herbs, infrared sauna, massage, etc.

Transformational Yoga, for all levels, begin on Tuesday, January 20th with Ravynn Rohner from 10 am-11 am and again from 12pm-1pm. Her classes are meant to inspire, lengthen, and strengthen! On Friday, January 23rd, she’ll have a Transformational Yoga class from 3 pm-4pm and then from 6pm-7:20pm she’s teaching Yoga Detox, which is a class specially formulated to push toxins out of the tissues and organs and into the bloodstream for quick removal!
