What is the difference between a colonic and an enema?
An enema just cleans out the colon up to 7 inches. A colonic can irrigate the entire large colon.
Does Colon Hydrotherapy hurt?
No, it does not hurt. It can be uncomfortable the first time because it is strange to you. The nozzle used with the open system is not very big and it only is inserted about an inch. You, the client, insert the nozzle the yourself.
How many colonic sessions do I have to do?
We recommend 3 in a week if you have never done one before or if it has been a long time. Moreover, some people will benefit from doing a lot more, depending on the condition of their colon.
How long does a colonic session last?
The session is 45 minutes, however, the first time will take longer. The client needs to fill out paperwork so come 5-10 minutes earlier and we need to explain the process.

What should I do to prepare for my Colon Hydrotherapy session?
Drink plenty of water 1-2 days before so you come in well-hydrated. Furthermore, stay away from heavy foods such as meat, bread, and oily foods.
What is the difference between the open and the closed colonics system?
There are many differences. In this video, we show the tubing and the experience. The closed system uses a much larger speculum than the open. With the open system, the client inserts and is alone in the room so it is a more private experience.
Can I lose weight by doing a colonic?
It depends on how many colonics one does and how much waste is eliminated. This can be significant for some people.
How Many bowel movements should I have a day?
Watch this video! We should have regular bowel movements every time we eat. The size of the stool is also important. Are you eliminating enough every day?
Will I be able to have a bowel movement after my Colon Hydrotherapy session?
It can take a few days after a colonic before you have a bowel movement. It is different for everyone.
When is the best time to drink water?
The best time to drink water is in the morning when you wake up and an hour before you eat.
When is the best time to do a colonic during detoxing?
Before, during, and after cleanse is ideal. You could do 3 colonics before you start a detox protocol, and do a few during and after for the best results.
Should I get a colonic if I’m not feeling well?
A colonic can be helpful as it can help to boost the immune system and lower the toxins in the body.
